PURPOSE:To prevent residual spraying or liquid running caused by low pressure distribution, by a method wherein the liquid flow passage and compressed air passage communicating with a nozzle are immediately closed when an indicator pressure relating to spray pressure becomes a set value or less. CONSTITUTION:When an actuator 1 is pushed, the liquid in a stem 7 is compressed by pump action to be distributed and, at the same time, the air of an air chamber 14 is compressed through an isolation valve 4 and mixed with the distributed liquid without penetrating into a container 10 to become a mist and bubble form. When the indicator pressure of the actuator 1 becomes a set value or less, the liquid passage communicating with a nozzle 5 is closed by a throttle valve 9 and the air passage communicating with the nozzle 5 from the air chamber 14 is closed by spring pressure due to the actuator 1 being loosely fitted and the stem 7 to prevent low pressure spraying. Further, when the actuator 1 is operated, a substitution air passage 16 is separated from a constitutional member and, when the container is reduced in pressure, air substitution is permitted.
