PURPOSE:To always form an uniform resin layer of a required width accurately by adjusting an application width through the operation of a resin application nozzle by means of an on/off valve in accordance with the type of molds and allowing sol-type resin to be ejected through the reciprocal movement of the nozzle across a mold. CONSTITUTION:A resin application device 11 for application of a sol-type resin 15 on a mold 13, a deaerator for resin after application, a fiber mat feed device for integration of a fibrous mat and resin under pressure, a device for replacement of the mold 13 according to the type of mats and a product removal device are provided on the outer periphery of a rotary drive table 14. In the resin application device 11, a solenoid operating valve 27 for adjustment of the application width of the resin 15 through the operation of a nozzle 26 in accordance with the size of the mold 13 is attached to the base of the nozzle 26 for resin application. Consequently, a resin layer of uniform thickness and desired size is formed by shuttling back and forth the nozzle 26 over the mold 13 in an adjusted application width.
