PURPOSE:To automatically sort informing data by providing the processor unit CPU of a collection and delivery control part with plural kinds of data bases in which the objects monitoring and monitoring terminals informing the monitoring information of the objects are defined, and retrieving the monitor information from the data bases when a monitor information is transmitted from the object of monitoring, then transmitting the information to a corresponding terminal. CONSTITUTION:The plural information destination data bases 143 in which the correspondence between objects of monitoring and terminals at the destitions of informing monitoring information are defined, is provided in the processing unit CPU. The information destination data base 143 is constituted of codes for object-of-monitoring and a table TBL of bit patterns of the destinations to which said codes are informed. If monitoring information is transmitted from one of the objects of monitoring 10a, 10b,... to the processing unit CPU through a transmitter, line, and communication control equipment, the program 141 of the processing unit operates to retrieve the data base 143, and the informing destination bit pattern 144 of the object of monitoring is obtained. Thereafter, a program 142 operates so that the monitoring information is delivered to the monitoring terminal corresponding to the bit position from the object of monitoring.
