PURPOSE:To detect excellently the projection member fitting part of an enclosed container regardless of the direction of the projection part by providing plural rotatably probe members which have high-voltage electrodes arranged radially. CONSTITUTION:Plastic bolts 8 to be inspected are mounted on a support arm 7 in order and then carried. When a hook 9 fitted to a bolt 8 is almost horizontal, stylus electrodes 16 and 17 of high-voltage electrodes 10 and 11 touch the fitting part to inspect whether or not there is a pinhole. Further, when the hook 9 reaches the high-voltage electrodes 10 and 11 almost in the vertical direction, the stylus electrodes 16a and 17a touch its front surface to perform detection. Then the stylus electrodes 16a and 17a are pushed by the hook 9, so the high-voltage electrodes 10 and 11 rotate around shafts 12 and 13 and stylus electrodes 16b and 17b touch the rear surface of the hook 9 to inspect the fitting part of the hook 9 over nearly the entire area.
