PURPOSE:To decrease the number of training based on quenching generated by the separation of a superconducting coil and a spool by forming the superconducting coil onto the spool, in which a pair of collar plates are mounted at both ends of a winding drum, integrally impregnating and solidifying the collar plates and the superconducting coil with a curing resin and overhauling and removing said winding drum. CONSTITUTION:A winding drum 2 has structure in which the winding drum is divided into eight parts and can be overhauled and assembled, and flange sections 2b, 2c for the winding drum are also partitioned into eight parts in response to the division of the winding drum 2. A spool consisting of the winding drum 2 and the collar plates 3a, 3b is assembled, an insulated composite wire shaping a superconducting wire through heat treatment is wound into a space formed by the winding drum and the collar plates, and heat treatment for forming a superconducting compound is executed. One parts, adjacent members (a), (b) of the winding drum 2, are removed in order of (a)-(b), maintaining a coil shape, an silicone resin group mold release material is applied onto the surface of the winding drum, and the flange sections for the winding drum are fixed to the collar plates again in order of (b)-(a). The process is executed to all members, a magnet is housed into a sealed vessel, and the inside is evacuated and the collar plates and a superconducting coil are impregnated with an epoxy resin. |
