PURPOSE:To attain the combination of the universal feedback control and feedforward control by changing the set value of the coefficient K of a coefficient unit of an arithmetic part. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic part 31 uses a feedforward control position type output FF% as an input to calculate k=1+K [(FF-X0)/X0], where X0: feedforward control output obtained when PID parameter of feedback control is decided by set value; and K: coefficient with 0<=K<=1 respectively. The output (k) of the part 31 is multiplied by a feedback control position type output FB% through a multiplier 34. The result of this multiplication is added with the output FF% by an adder 32 to obtain a synthetic signal. This synthetic signal is delivered as an operation signal MV to control a process 19. In such a way, a control system which is applicable to every purpose is obtained by changing the value of the coefficient K of a coefficient unit of the part 31. |
