PURPOSE:To realize the improvement of capacity with a low surface pressure, by furnishing intermediate synchronous rings with friction surfaces at the inner side and the outer side, at the gear side, and furnishing inner synchronous rings and outer synchronous rings to hold and press the intermediate rings from the inner side and from the outer side, at combining sleeve sides. CONSTITUTION:A combining sleeve 13 consists of an inner sleeve 14 and an outer sleeve 15, and intermediate synchronous rings 24 and 25, inner synchronous rings 26 and 27, and outer synchronous rings 28 and 29 are furnished concentrically between the combining sleeve 13 and gears 6 and 7. The intermediate cynchronous rings 24 and 25 have friction surfaces at the inner and the outer peripheral surfaces. Therefore, when the driving force is delivered from a transmission shaft 8 to a transmission shaft 1, the friction surface of the intermediate synchronous ring 25 is taper-contacted to the inner and the outer synchronous rings 27 and 29, making the friction surface at two positions, and the transmission capacity is increased.
