PURPOSE:To enable smooth getting on and off of a riding person by tiltingly providing a steering wheel driving and controlling the steering wheel so that it is moved to a refuge position far from the riding person at the time of revolution of a seat accompanying getting on and off of the riding people. CONSTITUTION:A revolving seat 1 on the driver's seat is installed revolvingly around a supporting axis 113 between the driving position and the getting on and off position and revolved by a revolution driving mechanism (illustration omitted) including an electric motor. Also, a steering wheel 710 is tiltingly provided and capable of moving by the operation of a driving mechanism 7 between the working position near the riding person and the refuge position far from the riding person. And when the getting on or off of the riding person to or from the revolving seat 1, the driving mechanism Y is controlled by a controlling device 9, and the steering wheel 710 is tilted to the refuge position. By this, interference of the steering wheel 710 with the riding person's body at the time of getting on and off is eliminated, and smooth getting on and off can be obtained. |
