PURPOSE:To safely and rapidly execute fitting of a wall member to a building by inserting a guide pipe fitted to a frame of a winch into a penetrating hole arranged in the outer wall of a building and drawing near the hung wall member by connecting the wire rope. CONSTITUTION:The guide pipe 7 is fixed to the winding position of wire rope 6 for the frame fixing the winch 4, and the wire rope 6 is inserted into the guide pipe 7. The guide pipe 7 is inserted into a bolt hole 11 bored in the outer wall of iron plate 2, etc., to hold the winch 4. The wire rope 6 is passed through the bolt hole 9 in the wall member of stave cooler 3, etc., hanging from upper side and connected. By driving the winch 4, the wire rope 6 is wound and the stave cooler 3 is drawn near the iron plate 2 to face with the inner face thereof, and is fitted and fixed by the bolt 12.
