PURPOSE:To prevent the titled device from going to large size by providing a common digital information input converter and a selector controlling plural digital information output converters for an external device in interlocking with the scanner. CONSTITUTION:Many digital measuring data and bit supervisory data of an external device A and collected by output converters 11-1n of digital information for items 1-N. The collected digital information d1-dn is sent to the scanner 3 as digital measuring data and bit supervisory data 1-N via a common digital information input converter 2 by using a selector 4 and control lines 71-7n operated in interlocking with the scanner 3 so as to control the digital information output converter 11-1n of an external device A. Thus, since plural digital information output converters 11-1n are concentrated to the common digital information input converter 2, the constitution of the entire device is simplified and miniaturized.
