PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by providing one motor for a mechanism which moves back and forth and inverts an actuator, which draws out and stores a cartridge, and pick claws in its both ends. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 2 is moved forward and backward in a guide 15 by a motor MO, bevel gears 9(9a and 9b), and links 5(5a and 5b), and pick claws 3 provided at both ends of this actuator 2 are turned by cams 12. A cartridge 11 in a storage part 10 is picked by claws 3 and is drawn out by forward movement of the actuator, and claws are closed at the time of backward movement to draw out the actuator again and claws are raised at the time of backward movement to store the cartridge. The cartridge and the guide 15 can be inverted as one body by another driving system connected to a shaft 16. Consequently, picking, carrying, and inversion are performed by one motor to reduce the cost of the handling mechanism.
