PURPOSE:To attain the switching of hardware with a high using rate by using a bus connecting between interfaces on a time-division basis and changing the combination of time slots. CONSTITUTION:In a normal connection state, the same value as an output from a counter circuit 2 is outputted from a time slot conversion circuit 3, and in a reverse connection state, a signal obtained by inverting the output of the circuit 2 is outputted from the circuit 3. In a period I under the normal connection state, an input side interface 10 is connected to an output side interface 25 through a rapid common bus, and in a period II, an input side interface 15 is connected to an output side interface 25. Under the reverse connection state, the interface 10 is connected to the interface 25 through the rapid common bus in the period I, and in the period II the interface 15 is connected to the interface 20.
