PURPOSE:To omit a 2nd uniformity inspection and after by storing the uniformity of names in a name table at the time of initial retrieval. CONSTITUTION:A status deciding means 3 decides the status code of a detected name table, and when uniformity is not inspected yet, starts a uniformity inspecting means 4. The means 4 inspects whether the same name as a name inspected by a coincidence inspecting means 2 exists in the coincident value chain or not until the coincident value chains disappear and a status storing means 5 stores whether the name inspected by the means 4 has uniformity or not in the name table. In a 2nd reference to the name table and after, the uniformity can be inspected only by deciding the status code by the means 3 without tracking the coincident value chains of the retrieved name table and after.
