PURPOSE:To prevent fluctuation in sliding frictional resistance for effective power transmission from a driving shaft to a driven one by providing the first torque transmitting member with the first and the second projecting body, and the second torque transmitting member with the third and the fourth projecting body. CONSTITUTION:The first and the second torque transmitting member 60, 70 have guide planes 61, 71 for guiding a driving shaft 10 and a driven shaft 20. The guide plane 61 is solidly formed with the first and the second projecting body A, B at two spots in its diametrical direction, and the guide plane 71 is also solidly formed with the third and the fourth projecting body C, D at two spots in its diametrical direction. Consequently, even when manufacturing tolerance causes the width of the first projecting body A to be narrower than that of another projecting body, the one side of the first arm 11 abuts on the one side of the first projecting A, and the one side of the second driving arm 12 abuts on the one side of the second projecting body B, and moreover the other projecting bodies C, D abut on driven arms in the same way as above- mentioned with force being the same in its strength at four abutting spots.
