PURPOSE:To prevent the concurrent turn of a distribution ring with a distribution tray by engaging the distribution ring with a fixed axis via an anti rotation means. CONSTITUTION:A distribution ring 45 comprises a disc part 45a in slidable contact with the edge of a distribution tray 40 and a cylindrical part 45b accommodating the free end of a fixed axis 44. A pair of pieces 63 projected along an axial direction is provided at the end of the cylindrical part 45b, the pieces 63 are engaged with the recess 64 of the fixed axis 44 and the cylindrical part 45b is so coupled to the end of the fixed axis 44 as to be oil-tight via a sealing member 65. According to the aforesaid constitution, it becomes possible to prevent the turn of the distribution ring 45 with the distribution tray 40, thereby improving the durability of the sealing member 65 and concurrently enabling the improvement of operational reliability.
