PURPOSE:To prevent a power transmission element from being destructed by connecting an input interruption driving circuit and an input interruption drive control circuit for controlling said driving circuit between plural output circuits and an input interruption circuit. CONSTITUTION:Any two or more out of overcurrent protecting circuits 4c, 5c, 6c in output circuits 4-6 detect load state simultaneously, any one of AND circuits 91-93 in the input interruption drive control circuit 9 is turned on by a detecting signal outputted from any one of branch output terminals 41, 51, 61, a driving signal is outputted to the input interruption driving circuit 10 through an OR circuit 94 to open the circuit 10 and drive the input interruption circuit 8. Consequently, the operation of a voltage converter is stopped and the power transmission element 1 is previously prevented from being destructed. When the overcurrent protecting circuit in any one of the output circuits 4-6 is driven, the circuit 8 is not interrupted, an overload state is maintained by the capacity of the element 1, and when the overload state is restored, the converter is automatically restored to normal operation.
