PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient cooling effect without furnishing water feeding and exhaust devices, by furnishing ring-formed cooling fins and ring-formed plates at the heat radiating part of a heat pipe inserted to each hole formed at the first connection main body, and furnishing a supporting member penetrating these ring-formed cooling fins and ring-formed plates. CONSTITUTION:At heat radiating parts 17b of heat pipes 17 which are inserted to holes 16a of a ring drive 16 being the first connection main body, ring-formed cooling fins 18 and ring-formed plates 19 are furnished. Supporting members 20 are furnished penetrating the ringformed cooling fins 18 and the ring-formed plates 19, to support a centrifugal force inflicted to the heat radiating parts of the heat pipes 17.
