PURPOSE:To select genuine solution even when complicated solution is calculated, by irradiating an object to be measured with reference lights having three wavelengths and measuring said reference lights and the reflected lights thereof and operating a measured value from a temp. group calculated on the basis of the combination of two wavelengths. CONSTITUTION:Reference lights containing light having three different wavelengths lambda1-lambda3 from a light source L are made intermittent by a chopper CP to irradiate an object TG to be measured. The lights therefrom are condensed by an optical lens LS and branched into three by a fiber FB. The lights transmitted through fibers FB1-FB3 are respectively received by light detectors S1'-S3' through optical filters F1'-F3'. From said detectors, the radiation brightness measured values D(lambda1)-D(lambda3) due to a radiation brightness photometric means and the intensity signals R(lambda1)-R(lambda3). of the reflected lights due to a reflected light photometric means are outputted. A reflectivity ratio is operated from the combination of two wavelengths by a reflectivity ratio operation circuit RC and temp. is further operated by a temp. operation circuit TC to calculate real temp. T.
