PURPOSE:To easily execute coincidence control among a buffer address array (BAA), a front address array (FAA) and sub-FAAs (SFAAs) by forming the copy of the BAA for checking storing addresses in hierarchical structure consisting of one FAA and plural SFAAs to control the BAA. CONSTITUTION:A control table 2 being the copy of the BAA 40 for checking the storing addresses is formed in hierarchical structure consisting of one FAA 30 and plural 3rd control tables (SFAAs) 31, 32, a BAA, plural SFAAs and an interface for registering/invalidating an address are provided in the FAA and an interface only with the FAA is provided in the SFAA without forming an interface with the BAA. Since the registration and invalidation of the BAA, the FAA and the SFAAs are executed by the FAA at first and then the registration and invalidation of the BAA and the SFAAs are executed by the FAA, coincidence control among the BAA, the FAA and the SFAAs can be made easy.
