PURPOSE:To avoid the possibility of an oversight in optical flaw detection, by performing three-phase voltage conversion and three-phase full-wave rectification with respect to a three-phase AC power source and adjusting the voltage or current thereof to allow an ultraviolet ray irradiation lamp to light. CONSTITUTION:Three-phase AC of 220V of a power source 10 is converted to three-phase AC of 110V through a three-phase voltage converter circuit 11. Subsequently, this three-phase AC of 110V is subjected to three-phase full- wave rectification by a converter circuit 12 and further subjected to boosting adjustment by a voltage and current control circuit 13 so as to become the lighting voltage and current of an ultraviolet ray irradiating flaw detection lamp 4 and supplied to the ultraviolet ray irradiating flaw detection lamp 4 to make it possible to perfectly avoid the possibility of an oversight in optical flaw detection.
