PURPOSE:To prevent removal of a belt by automatic aligning effect by making a rotary pulley in the shape of a drum, and by holding it by line material. CONSTITUTION:A rotary drum 8 is rotated by driving force, which was turning effort generated at a driving body 13, transmitted through a strap-shaped belt 14. Here, if force is applied to the strap-shaped belt by torsional force of a line-shaped shaft holding a rotary pulley 15 so that slip does not occur at the strap-shaped belt, winding angle of the rotary drum of the strap-shaped belt 14 is increased, and turning force of the driving body 13 is effectively transmitted to the rotary drum 8. As a bulge is provided at the center of the rotary pulley 15, and moreover, as the rotary pulley 15 can move freely in the thrust direction on the tine-shaped shaft 16, the belt 14 moves toward the center of the rotary pulley 15. Accordingly, there is no fear of the rotary pulley 15 removing out of the shaft 16.
