PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient cooling effect without furnishing water feeding and exhaust devices, by inserting a ring body with accomodation grooves responding to accomodation grooves which are furnished at the inner surface of the first connection main body through the heat receiving parts of heat pipes, to the outer periphery side of the first connection main body. CONSTITUTION:A ring drive 16 which is the first connection main body has plural accomodation grooves 16a formed at its outer surface. Heat receiving parts 17a of heat pipes 17 are inserted to the accomodation grooves 16a respectively, and heat radiating parts 17b are extended to the space at the end of the ring drive 16. A pair of ring bodies 18 are geared to the outer periphery side of the ring drive 16 by a shrinkage fit or the like, accomodation grooves 18a responding to the accomodation grooves 16a are formed at the inner periphery surface, in which the heat receiving parts 17a are accomodated, and the heat pipes 17 are fixed solidly to the accomodation grooves 16a of the ring drive 16.
