PURPOSE:To obtain a rolling mechanism free from friction in rolling by fixing adjacent ring members to each other via plate springs. CONSTITUTION:Metal ring members 1 and 2 have the predetermined width and are so arranged that the external surfaces thereof will be adjacent to each other. Plate springs 3 and 4 are provided between the ring members 1 and 2 and arranged along a widthwise direction. One end of the plate spring 3 is secured to the ring member 1 via a screw 6 and the other end thereof fixed to the ring member 2 via a screw 8. The surface 3a of the spring 3 ranging from an intermediate part to one end is in contact with the ring member 1, and the surface 3b of the spring 4 ranging rom an intermediate part to the other end is in contact with the ring member 2. On the other hand, the plate spring 4 is similarly secured with screws 9 and 10. According to the aforesaid constitution, when the ring member is fixed and the ring member 2 is turned in a direction 'A', the member 2 rolls along the external surface of the member 1 via the plate springs 3 and 4. In this case, no friction is generated from the rolling motion of the member 2.
