PURPOSE:To shorten a heating time of a decorated sheet and to heat the decorated sheet uniformly, by constituting the title method so that heating of the decorated sheet at the time of premolding is performed by high-frequency dielectric heating by making a female mold and a lid member electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A decorated sheet 7 is conveyed through starting of feed equipment 8. Then when both positioning sensors 15, 16 detect a mark on the decorated sheet 7, conveyance of the decorated sheet 7 is suspended. With this construction, a predetermined pattern is registered precisely to a female mold 1. Then a high-frequency electric field is impressed between both electrodes 18, 18 of the female mold 1 and a lid member 17 and a part of the decorated sheet 7 positioned between both the electrodes 18, 18 of the decorated sheet 7 is heated and softened by high-frequency dielectric heating. Then immediately after the above, the lid member 17 is pressed into the female mold 1 by a hydraulic cylinder. Then exhaust is performed through a vacuum hole 20, compressed air is fed through a compressed air hole 19 and vacuum air-pressure forming of the decorated sheet 7 is performed. With this construction, the decorated sheet 7 adheres to a molding face of the female mold. |
