PURPOSE:To easily regulate the surface fluctuation amount of a thrust collar without machining by mounting a rotary plate by clamping bolts disposed at an equal interval distribution in the circumferential direction on the collar. CONSTITUTION:A rotary plate 6 is mounted by clamping bolts 10 disposed at an equal interval distribution in the circumferential direction on a thrust collar 5. A taper is formed on the mounting surface of the plate 6 with the collar 5, the level of the collar 5 is altered by changing the attaching position of the plate 6, and the surface fluctuation amount of the collar 5 is regulated without machining the collar 5.
