PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and yield of products by providing an eccentric shaft on the outlet side of a movable frame and by disposing a pilot work roll coaxial with the eccentric shaft and capable of shifting up and down. CONSTITUTION:The eccentric shaft 15 is provided adjacent to and parallel with the work roll 3 on the outlet side of the movable frame 1 and that shaft end 13 is fixed on a clamping facing of a fixed frame 6 to enable to control the position of the eccentricity. Then, the pilot work roll 4 is formed coaxially on the eccentric shaft 15. After controlling an interlocking value between the upper and lower work rolls 3, 8 by leveling control handles 10, 11, the shaft end 13 of the roll 4 is controlled to enable to give an upper camber or a lower camber. A work P is leveled its existing strain by the work rolls 3, 8 and then a required upper camber or lower camber is given. In this way, the working accuracy and yield of the product to be press-worked is improved.
