PURPOSE:To obtain digitized data which is not thrust into a model neither separated from the model, by automatically deleting digitized data of a model shape quick change part to approximate digitized data to a straight line. CONSTITUTION:A shape quick change detecting part 7 detects the quick change of the model, and a shape quick change processing part 8 calculates the position of the shape quick change part. This calculated value is stored in a position displacement extent reading-in part 11 in a digitizing part 3. A stylus 16 is returned to said stored position to perform such processing that the displacement extent data becomes a reference extent of displacement, and the signal of this processing is received to delete digitized data of said shape quick change part, thus generating digitized data of the model.
