PURPOSE:To attain call processing even at the function stop of a management processor by storing idle/busy information of a trunk stored in the management processor into each control processor with decentralization. CONSTITUTION:The management processor 2 searches a main storage device 1 storing idle/busy information of a trunk and informs idle trunk location information to processors LP1-LP5 in response to the idle trunk request from the control processors LP1-LP5 provided corresponding to plural channel networks NW1-NWt. The information of the device 1 is stored with decentralization in the local memories LM1-LMt corresponding to the processors LP1-LPt and if the function of the processor 2 stops, the trunk processing is attained by the processors LM1-LMt.
