PURPOSE:To form a replica having high accuracy at a low cost in a short period and to prevent the deterioration thereof with age by coating an electron ray curable epoxy resin on a master disk on which information pits are formed, then projecting electron rays to the epoxy resin to cure the resin and stripping the film from the master disk. CONSTITUTION:A replica material consisting of the epoxy resin contg. a UV absorbent curable by electron rays is used. After the replica material is coated on the master disk on which the information pits of an optical disk are formed, the electron rays are projected thereto to cure the replica material. The cured film is stripped from the master disk or stamper of the optical disk so that the signal surface is transferred. Epoxy resins having >=2 oxysilane rings in one molecule are adequate as the electron ray curing epoxy resin to be used, for which a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, novolak type epoxy resin, etc., are more preferable. The inexpensive replica which has the high accuracy and is prevented of the deterioration with age is thereby obtd. in the short processing time. |
