PURPOSE:To reduce a rise of an output level by constituting a wire OR by connecting in common sources of a source follower transistors, and outputting it through a level shift diode. CONSTITUTION:Drain outputs of four switching circuit parts 20 are provided to gates of four source follower transistors 2c, respectively, and a wired OR is constituted by connecting in common each source follower, and outputted through level shift diodes 4a of two stages. Accordingly, a decrease of a level shift quantity caused by a current variation by the wired OR occurs in only a transistor 2c, and the level shift quantity of the diode 4a is not varied. In such a way, a rise of an output level can be reduced.
