PURPOSE:To execute measurement with high sensitivity without generating drift of instrumental indication by the constitution consisting in dividing gaseous components of the extraction gas to be analyzed to two gas groups and providing 4 pieces of columns in which prescribed packing agents are packed. CONSTITUTION:The extraction gas is divided to the extraction gas group A and gas group B to be analyzed. The columns C1-C4 are provided. The packing materials having the low affinity to the gas group A and the high affinity to the gas group B are previously packed in the columns C1, C3, and C4 and the packing agent having the high affinity to the gas group A is packed in the column C2. A carrier gas contg. the extraction gas is first passed from the column C1 to C2 and in succession thereof, the gas group A is transferred from the column C1 to C2. The gas group A is separated to single substance components and the respective gaseous components are measured in the column C2. The carrier gas is passed from the column C1 to C3 where the gas group B is separated to single substance components and the respective gaseous components are measured after the measurement of the group A ends. The measurement of all the gaseous components are thereby permitted by using just one extraction gaseous sample and no drifts are given to the instrument indication.
