PURPOSE:To make the medical needle at low cost having stabilized quality by mass production by grinding one end of a hollow cylindrical pipe in an acute angle, removing the burr on the periphery thereof by punching a side hole and automating all of the stage until forming a blade at the right and left part of the acute angle part. CONSTITUTION:A pipe main body 1 is fed to a hopper 7 after its one end part is subjected to a grinding in an acute angle, arranged at a certain interval on the belt 10a for transfer one by one according to the rotation of the drum 8 at the lower part of the hopper 7 and transferred up to a work stopper 11 with an up and down mechanism. It is fed from a mechanical chuck 12a to a press base 14 and a side hole 6 is subjected to punching thereat. It is thereafter carried onto a guide rail 9b by a mechanical chuck 12b and the burr caused on the periphery of the side hole 6 is dropped by the rotation of a wire brush 17. Thereafter, it is transferred to the succeeding 2nd bevel 4 grinding and 3rd bevel 5 grinding stages by the belt 10b for transfer. |
