PURPOSE:To eliminate connecting and charging to other extension than an object extension by closing a fixed line used for only its extension and sending out a busy signal to an office side, at the time of registering an extension incoming stop state. CONSTITUTION:When a registration of an extension incoming stop service is executed from a private extension 2, a central control unit 14 executes a closing processing by closing a relay contact 131 in a private line trunk 13 and forming a subscriber loop, with regard to a primate trunk line 3 corresponding to the extension 2. As a result, when there is an incoming to the trunk line 3, an office side exchange 6 sends out a busy tone to a caller. Accordingly, when the extension 2 is in an extension incoming stop state, an incoming processing to the trunk line 3 is not executed by a private branch exchange 1, and connecting and charging to other extension are eliminated.
