PURPOSE:To prevent the upper plane of an IC card from being rubbed with an electric connection part, by constituting a device so that the electric connection part is protruded in the traveling path of the IC card when the IC card is inserted to a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, when the IC card 39 is inserted manually from an insertion aperture part 22 in a direction of arrow head A, the IC card 39 is advanced according to an inserting operation in the traveling path 40. And the IC card 39 is advanced forward in the traveling path 40, and the front edge part 39a of the IC card is abutted with the positioning rib 34 of a card abutting plate 23. When the IC card is pushed in further, the card abutting plate 23 is also moved in a direction of arrow head B. At this time, a shaft 31 is moved along the cam surface 32a of a cam member 32. Thereby, a rotor 28 turns centering a shaft 30, and the electric connection part 29 is connected to an electric connection point 40 formed on the upper plane of the IC card 39.
