PURPOSE:To perform peeling-of and pulling-out in a process, by a method wherein a mandrel and rubber tube are peeled off each other and the mandrel is projected through an opening part by providing a rubber tube molded on the mandrel on the inside between a top and bottom forces whose end is sealed and the other end is released and high-pressure air is fed through the opening part. CONSTITUTION:A rubber tube G molded on a cylindrical mandrel M is arranged within a bottom force 3b, an air nozzle 15 is inserted between the rubber tube G and mandrel M and a shrinking action of a driving device 5 is performed, in a setting position of a mold body 1. Then the bottom force 3b is moved to a full line position, the top of a top force 3a is closed by making a hinge 4 a fulcrum. When the top force 3a is stuck close to the bottom force 3b by introducing a working fluid to a press device 7 and high-pressure air A is blown into through an air nozzle 15, the rubber tube G and mandrel M are peeled off each other, the high-pressure air A flows out into a chamber X and presses the tip face Ma of the mandrel M further. With this construction, the mandrel M can be projected outside through the mold body 1. |
