Novel dyestuff mixtures consisting of mixtures of dyestuffs of the Formulae (A), (B) and (C) are prepared by coupling tetrazotized 4,4<SP>1</SP>- diamino-3,3<SP>1</SP>-dichlorodiphenyl with a mixture of 1-phenyl-3-methylpyrazolone-(5) and 1-p-tolyl- 3-methyl-pyrazolone-(5) in a molar ratio of tetrazotized diamine to pyrazolone mixture of 1 : 2. The mixtures vary in shade from yellowish orange to reddish orange depending on the proportions of the two pyrazolones in the mixtures thereof and the order of mixing when coupling. A dispersant such as an addition product of about 20 moles of ethylene oxide and 1 mole of octadecyl alcohol may be present in the coupling reaction.</p> |
