PURPOSE:To enable adhesion extending over the whole surface without generating misregister or creases, by a method wherein a guide projecting upward through a receiving mold is fitted elastically by a spring and a bottom force possessing a supporting part of a base material projecting upward is fitted elastically by the spring. CONSTITUTION:A base material 60 where an adhesive agent has been applied to the underside extending over the whole surface is set up on base supporting parts 11, 12 of a bottom force 9, a press bar 16 of the underside of a top force 15 abouts against the bottom force 9 when the top force 15 descends, almost simultaneously the underside of the top force 15 comes into contact with the base material 60 and the top and bottom forces 15, 9 are pushed down in a body by keeping conditions as they are. However, a little gap is still kept between the base material 60 and a skin material 50. Then when the top force 15 descends further, a guide 7 is pushed down by abutting a press bar 17 of the underside of the bottom force 9 against a flat plate 6. In succession to the above, the base material 60 is pressed strongly against the skin material 50 of the surface of a receiving mold 3 by pressing force of the top force 15. As the guide 7 is pressed downward directly before it comes into contact the base material 60, it does not happen that the adhesive agent adheres to the guide, and the base material 60 and skin material 50 adheres reliably by acting strong pressing force between them. |
