PURPOSE:To intensify the attractive adhesion power of a film obtd. by magnetizing magnetic powder sprayed on a film to erect the magnetic powder on the film, spraying a resin liquid between the erected magnetic powder particles, cooling the resin and subjecting the film to roll forming. CONSTITUTION:The paramagnetic powder 2 having a rectangular planar, bar- or wire shape is sprayed on the thin film 1. The magnetic powder 2 is magnetized by a magnetization device 3 by which the magnetic powder 2 is erected on the film 1. The resin liquid is sprayed between the erected magnetic powder particles 2' by a spray gun 4, etc., so that the magnetic powder is coated with the resin. The resin coating is cooled by the blast from a cooler 5 or the like and the film is subjected to the roll forming by rolls 6 before the magnetic powder right after the resin coating does not fall. The attractive adhesive power of the molding obtd. in such a manner is intensified and an improvement in workability is resulted if such molding is utilized as a sheet-shaped magnetic powder-contg. molding for ornamental plates, tapes, etc. of vehicles.
