PURPOSE:To permit marine transportation, storage, and setting of a structure in shallow sea area with small draft of a structure by a method in which buoyancy-regulatable float bags are attached to the structure in such a way as to enable it to land on the bottom or float up readily by regulating the buoyancy of the bags. CONSTITUTION:A structure 20, e.g., caisson, block, etc., to be used in construction work for harbor, fishing harbor, or revetment construction of coastline, etc., is provided with an outer wall made of a flexible part of rubber or resin, fitting metals 17 to be attached to the outer wall, and a float bag 12 whose cavity 16 has a valve 25 through which air is supplied or discharged, serving to increase the buoyancy of the bag 12 by expanding the cavity 12. The floatation on sea of the structure 20 can thus be made possible even when the draft of the structure 20 is reduced. The structure 20 can therefore be launched and towed even on the sea of shallow depth and can also be landed on or floated up at a designated place by controlling its buoyancy.
