<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the omission of data by changing the threshold that decides whether the generating position of a read control signal should be changed or not in the form of a function of the time elapsed from the end of the stop signal into the write or read data. CONSTITUTION:A comparison means 203 produces an output which controls the change of the generating position of a write or read control signal when the output value of a space distance detecting means 202 changes at a level higher than the threshold value of a threshold value generating means 201. In other words, the threshold value that decides wheaher the generating position of the read control signal should be changed or not the form of a function of the time elapsed from the end of each of the stop signals inserted for each fixed quantity of the write or read data. When the space distance between the write and read signals changes at a level higher than said threshold value, the generating position of the write or read signal is changed. Thus it is possible to reduce the omission of data in case the space distance between write and read signals is reduced.</p> |
