PURPOSE:To reduce mixing loss of a product, keeping a stable concentration, and to make efficient use of raw material by providing a partition plate to the lower surface of a receiving trough of an electrode for receiving the product, etc. CONSTITUTION:The partition plate 11 is provided to the lower surface of the receiving trough 6 of the electrode 4 for receiving the product, and a return flow trough 12 is installed so as to put the lower part of the partition plate between, and a return flow flow-path trough 13 is connected to the outlet side of the return flow trough 12, and the outlet of the return flow flow-path trough 13 is positioned above a vapor generator 1. Consequently, the mixing loss is eliminated because the raw material to be liquefied is not mixed with the product of the liquefied metal. The raw material is efficiently used because the liquefied metal of raw material is returned to the vapor generator 1 by the return flow trough 12.
