发明名称 PUNCHING OF BORE IN RESIN DISK
摘要 PURPOSE:To attempt to cut out a bore of a resin disk with high accuracy by utilizing a shape deformation of a shape memory alloy with temp. change, by setting a blade made of the shape memory alloy on a resin filling hole of a cavity of a mold for molding a disk. CONSTITUTION:Shape memory alloys 13, 13' are set on a punch 6 and a spoolbush 7 on an apex blade part of a bore punch mold. When a molten resin of high temp. is poured, the shape memory alloys is instantaneously shrunk with temp. change. A gate 12 is thereby formed and the molten resin is poured in a mold. Then, the mold is cooled, the shape memory alloys enter again the temp. changing process and the gate 12 is closed to cut the resin component (a bore part of a resin disk) at the gate 12 part. Because no stress is generated, a punching of a high accuracy can be done without occurrence of powder and burrs.
