PURPOSE:To securely convey all sizes of sheet materials by circulating plural number of perforated belts around a suction box and generating the suction flow of air from the vicinity of the conveying and passing zone of a minimum- sized sheet material at the time of adsorbing said sheet material to said belt and conveying said sheet material. CONSTITUTION:A fan motor is placed in a suction box to reduce the pressure in the suction box. Plural number of perforated belts 1 are stretched around the suction box and air is sucked in through the holes 2 of the perforated belts 1. When a sheet material is placed on the circulating perforated belts 1, the sheet material is adsorbed by the holes 2 of the belts 1 and conveyed. The suction flow of air is generated from the vicinity of the conveying and passing zone of a minimum-sized sheet material. Thereby, even a sheet material of the minimum size can be securely adsorbed onto the perforated belts 1, and securely conveyed while keeping its posture.
