<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a package with stable form by winding untwisted yarn of synthetic fiber having a rupture elongation of 90% or less with a specified angle of traverse, and by giving a specific value or below to the difference in the dry heat contraction stress in the yarn longitudinal direction incl. the tab height part. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin shaft 1 is coupled with a bobbin/shaft drive device 4 and driven under frequency control by a bobbin shaft drive inverter 8 so that the surface linear speed of a package 3 to be wound on a bobbin 2 fitted on the bobbin shaft 1 becomes constant. A contact roll 5 is coupled with a drive device 7 through a belt 6, and a drive inverter 9 controls this drive device 7 so that the surface linear speed of the contact roll 5 is identical to that of the package 3. The contact pressure between the contact roll 5 and the package 3 shall be below 3kg per package. A yarn guide traverses the yarn in the axial direction so that the angle of traverse becomes 4.5 deg.-6.5 deg., to form a package 3 in cheese form. Thus a package is provided, which has good form stability and is capable of supplying yarn directly to textile.</p> |
