摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable execution of uniform desorption of ozone with averaged rate of desorption for over the whole period of desorption by providing a by-path circuit having a resistance to the flow and a switching valve, both being in parallel to the switching valve of a main pipe line, to a pipe line for feeding ozone in the desorption stage in an apparatus for feeding ozone intermittently. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for feeding ozone intermittently is constituted of (a) an ozonizer for forming ozonized oxygen from supplied oxygen, (b) an adsorption- desorption tower 4 for adsorbing and storing ozone from said ozonized oxygen and capable of desorbing the ozone, (c) a system (exhausting oxygen through a valve 8-3) for returning oxygen to the ozonizer after adsorbing ozone in the adsorption- desorption tower 4, (d) a means for cooling the adsorption-desorption tower 4 in the stage of adsorbing ozone (i.e. coolant circulating valves 8-1, 8-2), and (e) a means for elevating the temp. of the adsorption-desorption tower 4 in the stage of desorbing ozone higher than for the adsorption stage (i.e. a heating means 6) and feeding ozone in the desorption stage of ozone by sucking and evacuating the pipe line (i.e. tap aspirator 7). Moreover, a by-pass circuit having a resistance to the flow 13 and a switching valve 8-8 is provided in parallel to the switching valve 8-9 in the main pipe line. The by-pass circuit is opened in the initial desorption stage, the the main pipe line is opened with a time lag.</p>
