PURPOSE:To efficiently mix, dissolve and agitate without dead space by providing a horizontal revolving body on the upper surface of which many pins, etc., are studded and a part of which is brought into contact with the inner wall surface of a casing. CONSTITUTION:Agitating projections 7 of pin-shape or plate-shape are studded on the upper surface of the horizontal revolving body 4, and water or solution is flowed out from a spouting part 5 in the center part of the revolving body, and the water is flowed in a water film to the outer periphery by centrifugal force. Powder is thrown from above the center of the water film and is mixed with the water film and is dissolved while it is moved to the outer peripheral direction with the water film. The agitating projections 7 of pin-shape or plate- shape provided to the horizontal revolving body 4 make collision, branch flow and conversion flow, and carry out thorough mixing and dissolution. As the horizontal revolving body 4 is stretched to the inner peripheral wall surface of the casing 1, mixing, agitation and dissolution are carried out in the entire area without dead space. As a result, efficient mixing, agitation and dissolution are obtained. |
