PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in the number of parts items, by forming a nozzle plate and a diaphragm inner ring as one body, installing a tapped hole in this nozzle plate, and solidly connecting it to a diaphragm outer ring with a bolt. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle plate 5 and a diaphragm inner ring 4 are solidly formed as one body. A tapped hole 10 being reached up to the diaphragm inner ring 4 is installed in this nozzle plate 5. A bolt 13 is inserted into a hole 12 of a diaphragm outer ring 2, screwing it in the tapped hole 10, and the diaphragm outer ring 2 is connected to the nozzle plate 5 as one body. With this constitution, the number of parts items is reducible.
