发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF RESINATED MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize the manufacture of a resinated magnet whose shape is retained even when a powdered alloy for the magnet is filled highly densely, which is homogeneous and whose magnetic properties, such as the coercive force, and magnetic anisotropy are excellent by a method wherein the powdered alloy, for the magnet, coated with a resin material is heated and pressured in a desired mold so as to obtain a desired shape. CONSTITUTION:After an alloy, for a magnet, of desired composition has been pulverized and the powdered alloy, fot the magnet, has been coated with a resin material, the powdered alloy 1, for the magnet, coated with the resin material is heated and pressured in a desired mold 2 so as to obtain a desired shape. The surface of a powdered magnetic substance, e.g. Nb2Fe14 with a particle diameter of about 5 mu, is coated with methyl methacrylate in such a way that the powdered alloy, for the magnet, shows a weight ratio of about 95%. This coated powdered substance 1 is filled in the forming mold 2. While the substance is pressured at 450 kg/cm<2> by means of punches 3 and 4 in a magnetic field of 10 KG by supplying a coil 7 with a DC current from a power supply 11 for excitaion use, it is fed with an electric current, where a DC current is superposed on a pulse of 400 Hz, from a power supply 5 for 15 sec. A resinated magnet of 19.5 MGOe can be obtained.
