PURPOSE:To make it possible to cool the surrounding area of a cooking chamber at the rear of an operation panel by making the suction air flow through a front chamber, the other side of a left chamber or right chamber and one side of an air channel by rotating a fan. CONSTITUTION:The hot air generated in a combustion chamber 18 by the combustion of a gas burner 16 is supplied into a cooking room 4 through a group of supply air holes 25 and 25 which consist of many small holes 24, 24,... provided on both sides of a rear plate 17, and then the hot air is discharged from a discharge hole 21 via a group of discharge air holes 20 and 20 and a discharge air channel 22. Then during a cooling fan 35 and air suction fan 29 are in operation, firstly the outside air is sucked into the front chamber 9 through suction air holes 34, 34,... and after it is sent to a transformer 28 and magnetron 27, it passes through a draft channel 8 and during that cools a heat shielding case 7 and sheath case 2 and enters a left chamber 10', and here cools solenoid valves 30 and 30, etc., and then is sucked into a suction hole 38 to be supplied to a supply air chamber 13. Accordingly without providing the sheath case with air holes for heat radiation it is possible to perform cooling of cooking chamber, etc. efficiently and prevent moisture, dusts, etc. from entering the sheath from the air holes.
