PURPOSE:To provide a hot water supply with a quick response through an operation control by remote control by making provisions for an inverter control section that controls the operation of a pressurizing pump and a remote controller that controls the operation of mixing valve, pressurizing pump and water shut-off valve. CONSTITUTION:When a hot water supply switch 68 on a remote controller 6 is operated in order to supply hot water, its signal is simultaneously transmitted to both the shut-off valve controlling section 701 and flow rate comparing section 704 in a control unit 7, which causes a shut-off valve 4 to open and the inverter control section 702 to start a pressurizing pump 3 to deliver hot water. The operation speed of the pressurizing pump 3 is controlled by the A/C output from the inverter controlling section 702 so that the supply rate as set by a flow rate adjusting switch 64 may be attained. Meanwhile, the hot water temperature set value by a hot water temperature adjusting switch 61 on the remote controller 6 is inputted to the hot water temperature comparing section 705 in the control unit 7 where it is compared with the hot water temperature detected signal from a hot water temperature sensor 18. Based on its results, the mixing valve control section 703 causes a mixing valve unit 2 to be operated to adjust the hot water temperature.
